The
Norwegian Blues don't play any blues and they aren't Norwegian either.
Both former winners of the BBC Write a Lincolnshire Folksong
competition, John and Paul will entertain you with their songs about
such
diverse topics as the Lincolnshire sausage and the Lancaster bomber.
They will get your feet tapping with a selection of tunes on the
fiddle, squeezeboxes and guitar or just provide some background music.
The tunes might be ancient traditional ones, old Shadows numbers, or
stuff they made up themselves. If you feel like dancing they can
organise a few simple ceilidh dances
for you, or they don't mind if you just get up and start throwing
yourself around. A great evening's entertainment for a
party, anniversary, village social or any group looking for a fun
evening.
They prefer to play acoustically but do have a small PA if required. | |
